THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing upon the Motion for

Distribution of Funds previously deposited in the Registry of ;

, the Court and the Court having previously entered a Final i
Judgment finding among other things that the Defendant, Erwin ~
Brunson Bush was entitled to receive the sum of $9,900.00 in
full payment for the property taken and described as Parcel i
~
~ No. 1, and the Court further finding that there was a claim ~
: j
to the proceeds by one, Wilbur E. Stewart and Mary Alice Stewart,~
his wife, by virtue of a certain mortgage on said property and i

~ no appearance by the Stewarts having been made at the hearing ;
I ~
t and the Court being advised as to the value of the property i
~ ~
~f in relation to the balance outstanding on said mortgage, it is ~
f
~ upon consideration ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit ~
Court shall issue a check from the Registry of the Court to ~
Erwin Brunson Bush in the amount of $9,900.00 and that any :
~ charge for the deposit of said sums in the Registry of the ~
;
~ Court shall be paid by the Plaintiff, City of Fort Pierce. ~
