Partnership, mortgagor, by Indenture of Mortgaqe bearing date
the lgth day oE necemher~~A.D. 1973, and recorded in the off ice
of the Glerk o£ th~ Circuit Court in and for the County of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Records Book 222, Page 311,
mortgaged unto FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, now known as CITIBANK,
N.A. its successors and assigns, mortgagee, the premises therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of FIVE
MILLION AND NO/100 ($5,000,000.00) DOLLARS, with interest as
therein mentioned:

Limited Partnership, has requested the said CITIBANK, N.A. to
release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:

consideration of the premises as of the sum of ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ($179 400.00)
