at 10~ per annun, plus a late charge of $1.50 for late paymente
due hereunder or under paragraph 10, hereof.

The Aomeownera Association shall have a lien on the
unit of any member who fails to pay any asaessment when due for
the amouat o~ the assesament and any late charge and intereet.
' Said lien shall attach immediately upon the payment not being
made when due, but sl~all be inferior to any liens under para-
graph 10 hereof.
12. No trucks, or other commercial vehicles with a rated
load capacity of one {1) ton or more ahall be permitted to be
parked in NIINDMILL VILLAGE BY T~ S$A, UNIT 2, for a period of
more than four (4) hours, unless the same is present and necessary
in the actual construction or repair of aay building. ~

13. AlI garbage and traeh coatalners, oil taaks~ water
pumps and tanks, and bottle gas tanks must be underground or place
in walled-in areas in order that theq will not be vieible lrom
; surrounding properties. No unsightly structure ahall be permitted
j for thia purpose, and all such structures must be approved by the '
Homeowners Aasociatioa.
; 14. There is hereby reserved to the Grantor, its successors
and assigns, a utility easement over the rear 6 feet of the lot
being conveyed hereby. The rear of the lot shall be deemed the
portion of the lot furthest from the street line. ~

15. Graatee hereia, by acceptance of this Deed, shall be- ?
come a member of Homeowners Association. Such membership shall _
automatically pass to any grantee, assigns, successor or heir
upon their acquiring title to the property herein conveyed.
Resignatioa as a member will not affect aap obligatioos by Grantee
under the provisions of this Deed.
16. All leases, initially for a period of over oae year, or

original lease is over one year, ttie approval shall be before the
lease 1s eaecuted. If the iaitial lease is less than one year,

Homeowners Asssociation approval will not be arbitrarily or un- ~

reasonably withheld. The Homewoanera Association aill approve or
disapprove a lease within 30 days of the time of receiving such '
request, suppor~ed by such fnYorffiation aa it r~~iy reasonably
requlre. IY Homeovrners Association doea not approve or disapprove
the application within that period of time, it shall be presumed
the application Was approved. ~
1?. In case the grantee, their heirs, legal representatives, >
