SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
RNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that BERTHA RUSSAKIS, the
Owner and Holder of a certain Mortgage Deed, executed by BARBARA
A. CHEVALIER joined by her Husband, WILLIAM CHEVALIER to BERTHA
RUSSARIS, bearing date the 16th day of February, 1970, recorded in
Official Record Book 182, Page 2883, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, securing the swa of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($27,_000.00), evidenced by that certain Promissory Note,
upon the following described property, situate, lying and beinq
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
North Half of Lots 8 and 9, Block H., Aaron Lee's
Map of Fort Pierce, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 1, Page 189, Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida; also described as: the
North half of Lots 8 and 9 of the re-subdivision of
Block H of the map of Fort Pierce, Florida, as per
I plat on file in Plat Book 1, at Page 188, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
has received full payment of said indebtedness, and does hereby
~ acknowledge satisfaction of said Mortgage, and hereby directs
the Clerk of Circuit Court to cancel the same of record. ~
