FINAL JUDGMENT
This action having come on before the Court for
trial and the Court having considered the evidence submitted
on behalf of Plaintiffs and having received argument of counsel, ~
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ADJUDGED that:
1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this cause.
2. The equities of this cause are with Plaintiffs.
3. The default previously entered against Defendants,
ELIZABETH CRONE, MARIE FRENZ BROWN, MARIE JORDAN, DELORES
DUNN, DOROTHEA FRENZ, RICHARD L. FRENZ and LOIS FRENZ PURDY,
is hereby ratified, confirmed and made absolute.
4. The title of Plaintiffs, STEPHEN S. GROSS and
ELEANOR L. GROSS, to the following described property in St.
~ Lucie County, Florida:
~ Lots 46 and 47, Block "A", TROPICAL ACRES ~
~ Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded
~ in Plat Book 8, page 20 of the public records of
