heirs, devisess, grantees and cr~ditors and all other parties
claiming by, through, under or against them; all ~arties
havinq or claiming to have any right, title or interest in
that property; and all persons claiming by, through, under
or against Defendants since the filing of the Amended Notice
of Lis Pendens; and those claims or purported claims are
cancelled; and the title to the property is forever quieted
in Plaintiffs. -
The sum of $ ~s~ as compensation for
the attorney ad litem and guardian ad litem is taxed as an
item of cost. All costs are taxed against Plaintiffs.
