payable at once. Privilege is given to prepa,y this note in whole or in part at ar?y

after anq default in any payment hereon, shall be deer,ied euteqsion. A late payment
charge of $ 17,,10 shall be assessed the ?6th day o!' the month, if a regnlar
business day, or, if not a regular business day, then the next business day, on each
monthly installrrEnt not then r~ceived.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, ~ointly and severally, waives dencand,
presentr+~nt protest and notice of protest far nonpayment, and further agrees to any
extension of tir•~e of payn~ent, either before or after maturity, ~rlthout notice to any
~ of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in
