holder, and withwt any other notice, all the remaining installr.~ents shall be dus and
pa,yable at once. Privilege is given to prepa,y,this note in whole or in part at any
tisr.s without penalty. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance b,y •the holder thereof
after any default in any paqment hereon, shall be deer.~ed extension. A late pay~ent
charge of $ 12.50 shall be assessed the 26th d3y of the month, if a regular
busir.ess day, or, if not a regular business day, then the next business day, on each
