, holder, and without ar~y other noticef all the remainfng installments shall be ciue and
payable at ance. Privilege is given to prepay this note in Hhole or in part at a~r
time i,rithout penalty. Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by the holder thereof
after arry default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed exten'sian. A late payment
