event, I direct that for the purposes of this my Last Will and
TestamenC, my said wife shall be presumed to have survived me and
my entire estate shall pass and be adminisrered in accordance with
the provisions of this my Last Will and Testament as though my said
wife sha11 have survived me.
SE4'ENTN:- No disposition, charge or encumbrance on the in-
come or principal of any trust, or any part thereof, by any bene-
ficiary under this Will by way of anticipation ahall be valid or in
any way binding upon the Trustees, aad no beneficiary shall have the

right to assign, transfer encumber or otherwise dispose of such in-
come or principal or any part thereof until the same shall be paid
to such beneficiary, and no income or principal or any part thereof
shall be liable to any claim of any creditors of any such benef~.ciary.
EIGHTH: I suthorize my Executors and also my Trustees each
in thefr absolute discretion and notwithstanding the foregoing pro-
i visions of this Will:

~ (a) In any case in which they are herein authorized
~ or directed to pay principal to any beneficiary who
shall be a minor, to apply the whole or any part of -
such prin~ipal and the income therefrom, directly to
tihe care, comfort, maintenance, support, education~,or
use of such beneficiary instead of paying thesame to
such benefi~iary or to pay the whole or any part of
such_principal and the income therefrom to the legal
representative, wherever appointed, of such minor or
~ to the person with whom such aninor shall reside or to
such minor personally; the receipt of the person to
~ whom any such payment is made being a sufficient dis-
3 charge therefor even though such-person may be an Exe-
~ cutor or Trustee hereunder;
~ (b) To defer payment of any~or all principal to which
~ a minor may be entitled until such minor shall have
{ attained his or her majority, or to make such payment ~
~ at any time or from time to time during the minority of
~ such minor, holding the whole or the undistributed por-
~ _ tion thereof as a separate fund for such minor with all
~ of the pawers and authority set forth in Paragraph
~ "NINTH" of this Will; -
