party, whether for the purpose of raisi~g funds to
pay taxes or otherwise, and to give or ~ot to ~ive

perioda as they ehall deem_advisable;
; (1) To emp~oy and pay the compensation of such agents,
' experts and counsel as they shall deem advisable and to
delegate discretionary powers to and to rely upon in-
formation and advice furniahed by auch agen~s, e:tperts
or counsel.
(m) To hold property in their names as Executors or
Trustees or in the name of a aominee or unregistered
and ian such form as will pass by delivery; -
~ (n) To pay any legacy or make any division, distribution
or partition of property in kind or otherwise and to
allot gny property, including an undivided interest
therein, to any part whether or no~ the same kind of
property_is allotted to other parts; however, nothing
in thia sub-paragraph shall be deemed to permit my
- Executors to satisfy the bequest and devise to my wife,
KATEIERINE J. McCAMPBII.L, provid~d for in Paragraph
"THIRD" of this my Will, with any assets of my estate
in respect of which no marital deduction would be
allawed in the Federal Estate Tax proceeding for my
estate;
(o) Generally, to exercise all such rights and powers, _
and to do all such acts, and to enter into all such
agreements as persons owning similar property in their
own right might lawfully exercise, do or enter into.
~ In any case in which my Executors or my Trustees are re-
' quired or permitted to divide my estate or any part thereof into

i parts, funds or shares they shall not be required physically to
~ divide any of the investments or other property held hereunder, €
~ but may assign undivided interests therein to ehe various parts.

~ No person dealin with Executors or with Trustees shall

be bound to see to the application or disposition of any property

transferred to my Executors or to my Trustees, or to inquire into
the propriety of any such action.
