compliance with any other law naw or hereafter in effect requir-
ing qualification, administration or accounting by my Trustees
to any court. ~
FOURTEENTtI: My Executor shall collect the proceeda of all
insurance policies on my life which at the time of my death are
payable to my estate or to my 8xecutors or Administrators or in
which there is no named living beneficiary. TlZe proceeds of such
policies ahall constitute a part of my residuary estate and may be
used by my Executor to pay my debts, funeral expenses, costs,
charges and expensea of administ~ation, taxes, including estate
or inheritance taxes, end any legacies provided for in this Will
or any Codicil hereto. The proceeds of life insurance policies ~
not used for such purposes shall be disposed of as a part of my
residuary estate as provided in my said Will.
IN WITNESS WNEREOF, I sign, seal, publish and declare this
instrument Eo be my Last Will and Testament (said will consisting
of this and nine greceding typewritten pages), and for purposes of ~
