DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGB
' This cause.came on for trial on the 30th day of~March, 1977,
and,the Court having given full consideratian to all the evidence,
finds and determinee: T'his Caurt has jurisdiction of the parties
and aubject oaatter of this suft; that the relation cf Husband and
Wife now exists between the partiee; that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and shauld be dissolved. Further,
that the parties in open Court stipul~ted and aqreed to the followinq
, property settlement which each, under oath, and in the presence of - ~
- their attorneye, confirmed before the Court, as follows, to-wit:
A. T'he Wife shall pay to the Husband the sum of $10,000 caeh
in full aettlement of the property rights of the parties conditioned
upon the following:
~ (i) The 8uaband ehall quit-claim to the Wife hia
~ interest in the follawing deacribed real property:

F T'he South 25 feet of Lot 9, all of Lot 10, and the
~ North 12.5 feet of Lot 11, and that part of the
~ vacated South 28th St=eet right-of-way as recited
~ in Official Record Book 214 at Page 1133 of the
~ . Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
i ~ Block 2, I~RRIWBAT~R PARK as per plat thereof on
~ file in Plat Book 6 at-Page 16 of the Public Records
` . of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ The wife ahall thereafter be responsible for aaortgage, tax, and
. ~lnaurance paya?ents due thereon. ~
