(11) The Susband shall execute s motor veh icle
title power of attorney to tbe 1~ife on the 1977 Chevrolet
truck bearinq I.D. No. GIat147F330540 and deliver pOseeeafon
thereof to the 1~ife by 10:00 a.a?. on Friday', April 1. 1977.
T'he ttuck and a~ll attached accessoriee shall be in good and
operable conditfon. T'he Nife shall thereafter be reeponsible
for t2~e monthly- payaients due thereon to the Sun Ba?nk of St.
Lucie County and ahall l~old the ~ueband harmlees.
(iii) The ~isband represeints that the real property
mortgage and truck payarents are current as of thie date and
there is no arrearaqe duet furtheic that the 1976 ad valorem ~
taxes on the real property have been paid.

(iv) The S~sband ehall aseign his ownerehip of
National Life Insurance Company and inter-Ocean inaurance
Caapany policiea on the life of the wife to the Wife and -
shall reaign as director and secretary-treasurer of Circle I
Ranch, Znc.
(v) By 10:00 a.m.~Friday, April 1, 1977, the
Husband shall deliver to the Wife at the xeal property described -
above all thoae items listed on the Wife's Exhibit No. 1 in
evidence with the exception of one hand saw, a hammer and the ~
bolt clippers, and ehall also deliver to Wife all jointly
ownecl furnishings acquired durinq the marriaqe with the excep-
tion of a deak and a water bed which, shall be the individual
property of the Hueband. _
B. By 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 1, 1977, the Wife shall
deliver to Jiffy Photos the slides taken by the parties during the
1976 Olympics, which the Husband, at_his expense, aiay have re-produced,
I~~ and thereafter Jiffy Photo shall return the original slides to the
~ Wife.

E C. Each of the parties shall be responsible for their own

~ costs and fees in this action.
E D. Each of the parties releases the other from any and all
claims againat the other, whether arising out of the marriage or
~ otherwise. -
~ ~ E. The foreqoing represents the entire agreement between

the parties and settles all property rights and claims between the ~
~ ~
~ partie s . ~
