Relief, and the Court finding that it has jurisdicfion of the
parCfes and havinq heard testimony o€ the parties and the expert
testimony of Osborne O'Quinn, Esquire, as ta reasonable pendente
lite attorney fees for the ~life's Counsel, anc~ havinq heard the
arqumeat of Counsel And being othervise advised in the premises, it

~ and restrained from interterinq wit4, annoyinq, abusing, hArrassinq
or assaulting the other.
(2) That comnencinq on Friday, April:l, 1977, snd on
each Friday thereafter durinq the pendency of these proceedings,
the Busband, JESSIE CH~RLES DBNNARD, shall pay to the Mife, BBTTY
J. DENNARD,_the su~n of $35.00 per week each and every week as
~ temporary alimony. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the
