ship-, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, being the awner of real

hereby makes the followinq protective covenants~covering the above
described property as the same may be hereafter conveyed by "PARCELS"
as described in deeds of conveyance to be hereafter delivered.
l. Anything in this Declaration tofthe~contrary notwith-
standing, these restrictions, reservations and covenants may, by
the-Grantor, be amended from time to time, in whole or in part, or-
waived as to individual Parcels, by recording upon the public records
of St. Lu~ie County, Florida, an instrument to such effect. .
2. After December 31, 1981, any and all rights and reserva-
i tfons of the Grantor hereunder may be transferred or assigned by
; Grantor to a property awners association or some corporate or non-
