2. That~the said Ft. Pierce Ga8 Co., Inc. is a contracting
firm doing business in the State of Florida, and shall hereinafter ~
be referred to as CONTRACTOR. .

3. CONTRACTOR pursuant to contract dated November 23, 1976,

hereinafter referred to as Contract, with JOHN W..MOORS and

88RNADETTE M. MOORE. his wife, hereinafter referred to as OwNERS,

has heretofore furnished or caused to be furnished labor, material, ~
and services for the construction of certain impiovements as more ~

particularly set forth in said contract.
4. The CONTRACTOR represents that all work to be performed
under the afo=esaid contract has been fully completed and that all

persons and finas who furnished material, labor and/or services ~

~ instance the completion of said work have been paid in full. ~

' S. The undersigned affiant hereby revresents he has authority ~

~ to execute a full and final release of lien for and in behalf of

~ the CONTRACTOR upon payment of the amounts herein above stated.°
