THIS MATTER having come on before me this 30th day of
March, A. D. 1977 upon the petition of the Wife for
temporary relief and the counterpetition of the Husband
for temporary relief~ argument of counsel having been
eard, and the Court having been otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is upon consideration

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:-
1. That the Husband be and he is hereby awarded
temporary possession of the marital home located at 663
Harborview, Port St. Lucie, Florida. - ,
2. That the Wife be and she is hereby restrained

from removing any furniture or furnishings from the marital
domicile, with the exception of the furniture used by the
_ child of the parties. f
! 3. That the Wife be and she is hereby ordered to make ~

available to the Husband any and all bus~ness records for

the year 1976 for business known as White Glove Cleaning j

Service and/or White Glove Services, Inc., so that the ~
i
Husband may prepare third and fourth quarter reports for
~ 1976 for the Internal Revenue Service .

4. That there is no temporary adj udication as to ~

attorneys' fees or child support, but that such adjudication

shall be determined at the~final hearing. ?
