The Plaintiffs have available to them in ~ uninsured motorist coverage afforded by the Defendant, ~ ; RESERVE INSURANCE COMPANY, the amount of $30,000.00 less ' statutory setoffs. ~ . I t E 2. The Defendant, TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY. does not afford any uninsured motorist coverage to the ~ Plaintiffs as a result of the incident complained of and the claim against them is hereby dismissed with prejudice. 3. Plaintiffs and Defendant, RESERVE INSURANCE COMPANY, shall proceed with arbitration under the terms and conditions of the applicable policies of insurance issued by Defendant, RESERVE INSURANCE COMPANY, in the form designated € _ ~ f thereunder. ~ ~ 4.
