with a dissolution of marriage, custody of minor children, support
inoney for minor children, attorney's fees and costs, and to decree that
the Wife has a special equity or interest in the hereinafter described
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Parcel 1: Lot 20, Block 4, of FORT PIERCE BEACH
SUBDIVISZON, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 4, at Page 58, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. -
