This action was tried before the Court. On the
evidence presented
IT IS ADJUDGED that:
l. Plaintiff, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATI4N OF MINNEAPOLIS, a United States corporation, is
due from Defendants, JOHN M. McLOUGHLIN and BARBARA J.
McLOUGHLIN, his wife, $29,634.26 as principal, $2,336.57 as ~
interest through April 6, 1977, $92.79 for Zate charges
through March 16, 1977, $146.75 advance to escrow account for
taxes, $34.00 for military letters, $50.00 for title search,
$22.00 for clerk's filing fee, $39.60 for publication, and
$7.50 for sheriff's service, making a total af $32,359.47,
plus attorneys' fees in the sum of $ f~? ~C~ ~ G(~ .
2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior
to any claim or estate of Defendants, JOHN M. McLOUGHLIN and
BARBARA J. McLOUGHLIN, his wife, on the following described
property: ~
Lot 24, Block 139, RIVER PARK, UNIT•EIGHT,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat eook 14, at Page 37 of the Public
Records_of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The following equipment is part of the
security: Range, Oven, Fan, Hood, Central _
Heat and Air, Carpeting.
