ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the complaint be and the same is he=eby dismissed
as to defendant, VENTURE OUT IN AMERICA, INC.
2. Plaintiffs are granted fifteen (15) days from the
date hereof in which to file an amended complaint and defen- ~
