CASE NO ~ ~ 9- Fl~ IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF WALTER JOSEPH OSUCH , Husband ~ and PATRICIA ANN OSUCH Wife _i ; 's FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ ~ 1 This cau~se came on for trial the day of , ~ 1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and shot~ld_ be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WALTER JOSEPH OSUCH and PATRICIA ANN OSUCH be and the same is hereby ~ ~ - s dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever ' freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~ ; i - ~ ; them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ; I ~ ! 2. CUSTODY OF MINOR CHILDRE. ~Custody of the minor children 3 ~ t ~ of the parties, namely, DAVID MICHAEL OSUCH, Age 3, and JOHN JEFFERSON ~ ~ OSUCH, Age 7, shall be with the Wife, subject to the Husband having ; t reasonable rights of visitation with the children. _ f 3. SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay directly to the Wife for ~ j the support and maintenance of the said minor children of the parties, . the sum of $15.00 per week until such time as the Husband finds ; t employment at a full time job, regardless of pay scale. When such employment is found, the support payments shall increase to the sum of $25.00 per week.
