DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ ~

This cau~se came on for trial the day of , ~
1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and shot~ld_
be dissolved. It is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
WALTER JOSEPH OSUCH and PATRICIA ANN OSUCH be and the same is hereby ~

dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
' freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ~

; them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ;

! 2. CUSTODY OF MINOR CHILDRE. ~Custody of the minor children 3

of the parties, namely, DAVID MICHAEL OSUCH, Age 3, and JOHN JEFFERSON ~

OSUCH, Age 7, shall be with the Wife, subject to the Husband having ;

reasonable rights of visitation with the children. _

3. SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay directly to the Wife for ~
j
the support and maintenance of the said minor children of the parties, .
the sum of $15.00 per week until such time as the Husband finds ;
t
employment at a full time job, regardless of pay scale. When such
employment is found, the support payments shall increase to the sum
of $25.00 per week. In addition, the Husband shall be responsible for

all medical and dental bills for the said children until each child

reaches the age of 18 years, provided, however, that the Husband shall
have the right to have a child examined by a physician of his own
