This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties should be di.ssolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AD.7I~GED as follows :
l. DISSOLUrION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between NAOMI R. FOOTE
and ROBERT FOOTE be and the same is hereby diseolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-

~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. Naomi R. Foote be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of NAOMI R. BELL and to use the same
in all respects as if said marriage_had not intervened.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction"of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. ~
