FINAI, JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This ction came on for hearing on the `I"v~' day of

C , 1977, and the Court having given full con-
si~ ration to all of the ev3.dence, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of
this action; that the relationship of husband and wife now exists
between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage is irre-
trievably broken. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti- ,
tioner, BARBARA ANN DIAS, and the Respondent, HAROLD RAYMOND DIAS,
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom. ;

. 2. AGREEMENT AND JOINT STIPULATION. The Joint Stipulation ~
~
and Agreement executed by the parties on the ~ day of March, ;
1977, was freely entered into by the parties at full disclosure ;
~
and under the circumstances that appear from the evidence to be ~
~
for the best interest of the parties; and in its entirety, the agree-
ment and Joint Stipulation is incorporated by reference into~this
Judgreent, and the parties are ordered to comply with all the terms ~
of the Joint Stipulation and Agreement. ~

3. RESTORATION OF NAML. The Wife, BARBARA ANN DIAS, may
resume in all respecCs her former name of.BARBARA ANN WILLIAMS.
