DISSOLlDTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: '

1. DISSOLVrION OF MARRIAGE. The marria~e between JOYCE CLARK POYER
and LAWRENCE CLIFFORD POYER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed fran the bonds of ~
matrimony heretofore existi.ng between them and from the obligations arising

4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties -
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
