s' eration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of
this action; that ttie relationship of husband and wife now exists
between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage is irre- ;

trievably broken. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

CREWS, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and i

2. AGREEMENT. The separation and property settlement agree- '
ment executed by the parties on the lOth day of March, 1977, was
freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and ~
under the circwnstances that appear from the evidence to be for ~
the best interest of the parties; and in its entirety, the agree- ;
~
ment is incorporated by reference into this judgment, and the
parties are ordered to comply with all terons of the agreement.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties ~
