FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
T~IIS CAUSE came on for hearing this 4th day of April,
. D. 1977, and the Court having given full consideration
~
o all.the evidence~ finds and determines: This Court has
urisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
~
hat the relation of husband and wife now exists between
he parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
'rretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLLTPION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
ILLIAM E. BRETHERICK and MARTHA CLEVENGER BRETNERICK be and
' he same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of

hem are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony '
~ eretofore existing between them and from the obligations
,
rising therefrom.
2. DEBTS. The Husband be and he is hereby required
o assume responsibility for all outstanding debts of the
arties incurred by either of them through February 6, 1977,
ith the exception of the balance due on the 1971 Mercury
nterey automobile, for which the Wife be and she is hereby E
equired to assume full resonsibility; any debts incurred
ubsequent to February 6, 1977 shall be the sole responsibilit ~
f the incurring party. ~ ~
. 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. The Wife be and she hereby is
estored her prior name of MARTHA CLEVENGER.
