FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing this 4th day of April,
A. D. 1977, and the Court having given full consideration to
all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
3urisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is ~
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon . `
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DZSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
WADE SMITH and DEBRA DIAriA SMITH be and the same is hereby

G dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
j forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
~ ;
; existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
i 2. CUSTODY. Custody of WADE SMITH~ IV and ALICIA
~DEWARREN SMITH, minor children of the parties, is hereby
~ ~
awarded to DEBRA DIANA SMITH, with visitation rights
awarded to the Husband, as follows: from Saturday at 2:00 ~

p.m, until Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
~ 3. SUPPORT. Comnencing the day of Anril, 1977,
WADE SMITH shall pay to DEB DIANA MITH the sum of
