and by him remitted promptly to DEBRA DIANA SMITH. In
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as

statutory costs to be added to each payment macie to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash. money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in
effect.
. 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. The Husband WADE SMITH be and
. he is hereby permanently restrained from harrassing,
molesting. annoying or in any way interfering with the
Wife DEBRA DIANA SMITH. In the event the Husband does
not comply with this provision, the Sheriff of St. Lucie
, -
County, Florida is hereby ordered to enforce said
restraining order when necessary.
5. -JURISDICTIOiv. Jurisdiction of this cause, and ;
the parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such ;
~ further orders as may be proper.
