TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the Complaint
of the Wife asking for Support, maintenance, restraining order
and other relief without dissoiution of marriage, and the Court
having heard the argument of counsel, the testimony of the parties,
andt~i~g otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The temporary care and custody of the minor child born

as issue of the marriage, to wit: RONNIE FAULK, JR., age 2 years, t
is awarded to the Wife, subj ect to the reasonable visitational
rights of the Husband as hereinafter set forth. Husband shall see
the child, be sll~oweqi to remove the child from the premises one day
a week alternating on Sundays and Saturdays of each week, coimnencing ~
with Sunday, April 2, 1977. On alternating Saturdaqs the Husband
shall see the child between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 7:30 P.M.; and ~
on alternating Sundays the Husband shall see the child between the ~
hours of 9:00 A.M, and 12 noon. Parties are futher ordered to take

the chiZd to Sunday School. A further restriction on the visitation ~
by the Husband is that the Husband shall not visit with the child ~
in the presence of one BETTY WOODS. ~

2. The Husband sha11 pay for the support, maintenance of the ~
chi2d and the Wife the sum of Thirty-two Dollars and Fifty Cents,
($32.50) weekly commencing on the lst day of April, 1977. Each pay- i
