GREGORY, t ~ Wife, s and ; WILLIE DAVIS GREGORY, s Husband.' . ; , : ~ f E • t i ~ FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRTAGE ~ _ ; THIS CAUSE came on for Final Hearinq on the 4th day of ~ i April, 1977 and the Court havinq qiven full conaideration to all ; ( the evidence,' finds and determines: This Court hae jurisdiction ~ of the parties and subject matter of this $uitj that the relation ~ of Husband and Wife now exiata between the parties= and that the m~rriaqe between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon d -ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROWANA i E. GREGORY, Wife, and WILLIE DAVIS GREGORY, Husband, be and the same ~ is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby } ~ ~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing be- ' # ; tween them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ` 2. CUSTODY OF MINOR CHILDREN. The Wife, ROWANA E.-GREGORY, i ; shall have permanent custody of the minor children of the parties, ` , ~ namely, WILLIE DAVIS GREGORY, JR., and WARREN DERRICK GREGORY, ~ subject to the Husband having rights oF visitation with said children after giving reasonable notice to the Wife of his intention to do so. ` . ' 3. CHILD SUFPORT. The Husband shall pay to the Wife as 3 support for the maintenance of the said children of the partiea the ~ ? , sum of $10,00 per week, per child, for a total sum of $20.00 per week _ which sum ahall be payable commencinq immediately on the Friday of ~ ~ t ~ e~°~ ?r66 ~ 275 . ~
