If any Instalment Payment shall not be paid when due, then the entire principal aum and accrued interest here-

It ia turther agreed that the Maker and each endorser. surety, guarantor, jointly and severally, ahall pay all costa ot
collection of this Note, including a reasonable attorney's tee. on failure to pay any Inatalment Payment or any accrued
intereat due hereunder on the due dete thereo[. This Note and all auma due hereunder ahall bear intenet at the highest
lawtul rate of intereat per annum in the State of Florida from the date when the principal and acerued intereat nndet
thia Note ahall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder ahall not in any one year e:ceed the highest
lawful rate of intrtest in the State ot Floride.

The Maker agreea that it ahall be bouad by any agreement e:tending the time or modifying the above tetms of
payment, made by the Payee and the owner or ovmeea o[ the pmperty aUected by said Mortgage. whether with or with-
out notioe to the Maker, and the Maker ahall continue liable to pay the amoant due hereunder. but with intereat at a
rate no greater than the Interest Rate, acrording to the terms of any auch agreement of extenaion or modiCication.
The unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plua aecrued intereat shaU become due and payable at the option of
the Payee under the happening o[ an event by which said balance shall or maq become due and payable under the tern?a

This Note may not be changed orally. but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party against whom en-
