FINAL JUDGMI~NT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
Thia cause havinq come to be heard for final hearing on the
4th day of April, 1977 and the Court havinq qiven full consideration
to all the evfdence, finds arid determines: this Court has ~urisdiction
of the parties a~nd the aubject matter of this suit; that the relation
of.husband and wife now exista between the parties; and that the
marriaqe between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARY YALE
KIRRER and NICHOLAS J. KIRRER be and the same is hereby dissolved
and the partfes and each-of them are hereby forever freed from the
obliqation arisinq therefrom.
I'~ 2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT. The Property Settlement Agreement

~ entered into by the parties and admitted into evidence at the Final
~ Hearfng herein, is hereby incorporated in this Final Judgment by
reference and the parties are ordered to comply with each and every
provision contained therein as if fully set out in this Final Judqment.
3. WIFE'S NAME. The Wife is hereby restored to her former
name of MARY YALE.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such-further orders as may be
proper.
