AGREEMENT FOR DEED THIS AGREF.MENT made and entered into this Ia7C day of ~ ~ 1977, by and between WILBERT H. THOMSON and JOYCE A. THOMSON, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Sellers, and VARNER WILLIAMS and EUNICE E. LUCIE, SECTION _6, `~~~.X ~ a subdivision according to the Plat thereof -~~r~ N recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 36A-36D of the :c - public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ; =,'ll;tl{I The total purchase price of the property shall be the sum of FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100 DOLLARS ($53,500.00) payable at the times and in the manner following: ~ Five Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($5.500.00) paid on or I~ before the signing of this contract receipt of which is acknowledged t by Sellers; ~ f The balance of $48,000.00 payable in the.following manner: Commencing on the lst day of May, 1977, and continuing for twelve (12) consecutive monthly payments, the Purchasers shall pay the Sellers $395.00 per month. The payments sha11 be first applied to interest and second to the principal. If each payment is not ~ ~ made by the lOth of the month, 470 of the monthly installment will be applied as penalty for late payment. The interest rate shall be f ~ 8 3/4 percent per annum. One (1) year from the date of the execution of this Agreement, the Purchasers shall pay to the Sellers an ? ~ ~ additional $5,000.00 cash and thereafter make monthly payments of . $363.00 per month. The Purchasers shall make a total of fifty-nine (59) payments plus a sixtieth (60th) balloon payment.
