FINAL JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT
~ THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court
upon Plaintiff's Motion for the Entry of Final Judgment by
Default and the Court having determined tli~t a default has
been duly entered against the Defendant, Rudy Rampersaud, and
the claims of the Plaintiff having been established by the
verified Complaint fi2ed herein, it is, upon consideration ~
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That final judgment be and the same is hereby
entered in favor of the Plaintiff, Schwarzenbach Huber, Division
of Carisbrook Industries, Inc., and against the Defendant,
Rudy Rampersaud, in the amount of $10,000.00, together with costs
herein taxed in the amount of $ 341.13 , and interest in the
amount of $850.00.
2. That the Plaintiff, Schwarzenbac~ Huber, Division
of Carisbrook Industries, Inc., does have and recover from the
Defendant, Rudy Rampersaud, the total sum of $ 11,191.13
for all of which let Execution issue forthwith in the manner
provided by law.
3. Further, Plaintiff does have a valid and binding ~
garnisbment pending against the following bank accounts maintained
in the First National Bank of Fort Pierce:
