Rudy Rampersaud, is joint owner with Sonia Rampersaud.
4. That the First National Bank of Fort Pierce,
having acknowledged in its Answer to Writ of Garnishment that
the above described accounts and safety deposit box are maintained
with said institution and that said institution is indebted to
Rudy Rampersaud for the funds maintained in said accounts and the con-
tents in the safety deposit box, it is, further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the First National Bank of
Fort Pierce, being a party defendant to this law suit, is hereby
ordered and instructed to forthwith, upon presentation of a ~
conformed copy of this Order, deliver to William P. Kulkens,
as a representative and officer of the Plaintiff corporation,
all of the funds on deposit with the First National Bank of
Fort Pierce in the aforementioned a c unt~ together w'th any

~ accrued interest therein~and to open said safety deposit box
. in the presence of said Mr. Kulkens and to deliver to him all
of the contents thereof unless it is readily apparent that any

5. That Pfaintiff shall pay to the Defendant, First
National Bank of Fort Pierce, as and for attorney's fees incurred
with respect to pleadings f~led in response to Plaintiff's Writ
of Garnishment, the sum of $200.00.
