DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between ~ SUSAN HARWELL ADGER and THOMAS MORRIS ADGER be, and the same is ~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of~matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CHILD CUSTODY: That the permanent care, custody and control of the minor children of the parties hereto, to wit: t AMANDA KEATHLEY ADGER, EMILY HARWELL ADGER, and TIMOTHY ALFORD - ~ ADGER, be and it is hereby granted to the Wife, SUSAN HARWELL ~ ADGER, and the Husband, THOMAS MORRIS ADGER, is hereby granted : ~ visitation rights with any or all of said children provided ~ that he shall give the Wife reasonable notice by telephone or in writing of his intention to visit with said children or either of them, and that the time, place and circumstances F 266 ~ 35~3 ~ ~ ~ _
