the other.
2. Custody of the Children
While both Husband and Wif~ are fit and proper persons to
have custody of the minor children, the parties have agreed between
themselves that the permanent care, custody and control of the three
minor children of the parties, Amanda~ Emily and Timothy~ shall be
with the Wife. The Husband shall be afforded liberal visitation rights
with his minor children. Husband and Wife do not specify visitation

peri~ds with any particularity, since they are of the belief that i

these matters can be amicably adjusted between themselves rather
than through conformance to a strict, prearranged schedule of visit-
ation. In the event the parties cannot agree to reasonable visitation
rights. it is agreed that the Court havinR ,jurisdiction of the parties
will make such a determination.

The parties agree that in all matters of importance relaCing - ~
to the health, education and upb=inging of the children, they will :

consult, confer with and otherwise advise each other~ in order to ~

establish a mutually harmonious policy. The parties further agree that
each shall notify the other promptly of any serious illness or of ~

any serious accident befalling any of the children. ~
j The parties shall use all reasonable efforts to maintain
~ free access and to create a feeling of affection between themselves
' and the children. Neither shall do anything to hamper the natural
development of the childrens' love and respect for the other party.
Should the Wife predecease the Husband, custody of the children shall
be with the Husband. "
3. Child Suppport ~
The Husband shall pay the Wife as child support for the parties' _

three minor children the sum of $66.77 per month per child on the date
of this
~ Agreement until each child either attains 18 years of age, becomes
~ self-supporting, marries or dies. Additi_onally, the parties agree
~ that the Husband shall pay the sum of $37.50 per month per child.as
