Personal property listed on Schedule B. which is attached
hereto and incorproated by reference herein. is hereby declared to
be the sole property of the Husband. The Wife hereby quitclaims in
favor of the Husband any right, title or interest she may have in
this property.
8. Husband's Real Property
The Husband presently owns real property described as follows:

Wife releases any interest she may have had or has in any
of the foregoing real property. In accordance with para~raph 17 of
this Agreement, Wife shall sign any instruments which shall ever '
become necessary to enable Husband to dispose of his interest in any
of the property.
9. Automobiles

; The parties presently own three automobiles, to wit: a 1967 Dodge
i
~ Dart, a 1965 Chevrolet Impala and a 1971 Datsun Stationwagon. The
~ Husband agrees to transfer all right title and any ownership interest,
~ either legal or equitable, in the 1965 Chevrolet, which is pr~esently
in the Wife's possession, to the Wife. The wife agrees to transfer
all right, title and any ownership interest either legal or equitable
in the 1967 Dodge Dart and 1971 Datsun Stationwagon to the Husband.
10. Indebtedness
The Husband shall be responsible for and pay all outstanding :

~ charge account debts, loans or any other bills and/or debts incurred

by either party, up to and including the date of this Agreement.

The Husband further agrees to indemnify and hold the Wife harmless 4
