17. Mutual Releases and Waiver of Riqhts
Except as otherwise provided in this A~reement~ each party
hereby releases and forever discharges the other, his or her heirs~
~xecutors. administrators, assigns~ property and estate, from any
and all rights. claims. demands, or obligations arising out of or
by virtue of the marital relation of the parties, including dower
rights, curtesy~ homestead right,family allowance. right of election
in the estate of the other or take against the Will if the other the
right of inheritance or distribution in the event of intestacy, right
to act as administrator or executor of the estate of the other, and
all other similar and related rights under the laws of any other
State or territory of the United States or foreign country, as such
laws exist, or may hereafter be enacted or amended.
18. Covenant to ExecuCe on Demand of Personal Representative
Each of the parties covenants and agrees that at the request
of the other party (or in the event of his or her death, at the request
of his or her executor~ administrator or other legal representative)~
' he or she will execute forthwith upon demand and will deliver all

' necessary and proper instruments to carry out the purpose and intent
of this Agreement.
~ 19. Representation _
The parties represent to each other and have represented to
the Court that each party entered into this Agreement freely and
voluntarily and each party represented and acknowledged to each other
,
and to the Court that this Agreement is fair to each of them and they
represent to each other that each party has made a full disclosure
to each other of his or her currenct financial condition and this
Agreement is based upon that condition; each party has ha~ independent
~
legal advise by counsel of his or her own selection in the negotiation
of this Agreement, each narty feels that this Agreement is fair and
~
reasonable and both agree to sign this Agreement freely and voluntarily
