this Agreement constituCes the entire contract of the parties. and
supersedes any prior understandings and agreements between the parties
on the subjects contained in this Agreement. There are no represen-
tations or warranties other than set forth herein. ~
20. Benefit
All the provisions of this Agreement shall inure to the
benefit of and be binding upon the aprties hereto. their respective
personal or legal representatives, heirs. next of kin, executors,
administrators and assigns.~
. 21. Attorneys' Fee and Costs
The Husband agrees to pay the Wife's attorneys, Sinclair,
Louis, Siegel ~ Heath. a reasonable attorneys' fee in the amount of
$350.00. plus Court casts.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties and their respective attorneys,
to evidence their approval of this agreement, have affixed their
hands and seals on the day and year first above written.
