LUCIB COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO. 97-87-FR IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF DENNiS CHARLES HOOD, Husband and PATSY ANNE HOOD, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause havinq come to be heard for final hearinq on the 3 24th day of March, 1977 and the Court havfnq qiven full consideration i to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction = , i of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ORDERED ANp ADJUDGED as follow8: • ~ 1 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriaqe between DENNIS CHARLES HOOD and PATSY ANNE HOOD be and the same is hereby dissolved i and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the s obligations arising therefrom. ; 2. CHILD CUSTODY. Permanent custody of the minor child of the parties, nameZy DENNIS SHANE HOOD, shall be with the Wife, subject to the Husband~having reasonable rights of visitation with said child. 3. CHILD SUPPORT. The Husband shall pay as support for the maintenance of the minor child of the parties until the child reaches • the aqe of eighteen (18) years or is otherwise emancipated from the home, the sum of $35.00 per week commencinq on the 25th day of March, 1977 and on each successive week thereafter and the Husband is further ordered to include in his first such payment to the Wife an additional ; sum of $30.00 which was due and owing for support pursuant to the terms of thfs Court's Order On Temporary Relief dated February 13, 1977, resulting in a total initial payment to the wife on the 25th day of March, 1977 of $65.00. Said support payments shall be paid directly to the Wife provided the Husband keeps recefpts of such ~ payments. The Wife shall keep the Husband informed of her whereabouts. ~ ~ a -1- ~ . _ ~ f ~
