HomeMy WebLinkAbout0371 In the event the Husband is unable ascertain the whereabouts of the Wffe, he shall make the aupport payments to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida,.indicatinq the case number herein on such payments, ~nd includinq the sum of $1.00 for Clerk's fee, and the Wife is hereby ordered to inform the Clerk of her whereabouts in - the event she is not able to contact the Husband to inform him of a chanqe of address. In addition to all the foreqoing and as additional support and maintenance for the minor chfld of the parti~s, the Husband fs hereby ordered to pay all medical and dental bills incurred by said child, or provide for their payment with medical insurance and informing the Wife of any insurance numbers and other procedurea necessary to obtain such, provided, however, that the Husband shall have the right to have the child examined by a physiciah or dentist of his own choosinq in the event that maior medical or dental work becomes necessary for the minor child in order to get another opinion as to the need for such. 4. ATTORNEYS' FEES. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay to the Law Offices of McDonald & Kenney, attorneys for the Wife, the - sum of $200.00 as attorneys' fees herein, together with the sum of $30.00 previously awarded by thia Court in the said Order On Temporary Relief, together with any other costs of this action. The total sum of $230.00 owing to the Law Offices of McDonald & Kenney, being ~ ~ payable one-half in forty-five (45) days from the date hereof ~ and~the remaining one-half in ninety (90) days from the date hereof. 5. JOINTLY OWNED PROPERTY. The Husband shall transfer into the sole name of the Wife within ten (10) days of the date of this Final Judgment the Ford Galaxie sutomobile which is currently in his name and shall make sure that all installment payments due on said , z ; automobile to any lienholder are paid in full as of the date of the ~ transfer, so that the Wife takes the said automobile free and~clear ~ of all claims, liens or encumbrances, whatsoever.
