personal effects, furnishinqs and other items which are in his
possession as of the date of this hearfnq.
6. JOINT OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES. The Husband ahall pay
for and indemni~fy thg Wife as to all joint obliqations and billa owed
by the parties, includinq the Goldfinch Funeral Home bill and any
sum which may be owinq to the Sun Bank by reason of the parties
closinq out their old checkinq account.
7. ALIMONY. Neither party is hereby awarded any alimony
by virtue of these dissolution of marriaqe proceedinqs.
8. JURISDICTION. Jurisdictfon of this cause and the partiea
hereto is retafned for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
