The petition of GRACE O'DONNELL REYNOLDS as the personal
j~ representative of the estate of the above described decedent ~

respectfully shows: , ~
~i l. BENJAMIN F. REYNOLDS, JR., died testate a resident ~

of St. Lucie County, Fl~rida, on August 21, 1975. His Last ~
, ;
;i Will and Testament dated March 23, 1966 was admitted to probate ~
~i and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on
~ ~

September 4, 1975.

2. Petitioner has fully administered the estate, has made =
i. ;
payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts j ~

i~ that were presented and-has paid or made provisions for the pay- ~

ment of all expenses of administration. ~

~ 3. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
` i~ with the federai government and with the STate of Florida, and
S
has obtained and filed with this court evidence of the satisfacti ~
of this estate's obligation to both the United States of America
i~ and with the State of Florida for those taxes. 4 ~

'i 4. Petitioner files with this petition her final accounting ,

containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements

since the commencement of this administration. ;
5. Petitioner proposes distribution of the assets of this
