Petitioner, GRACE O'DONNELL REYNOLDS, the sole residuary bene-

ficiary, who as such constitutes the only beneficiary of this

estate, and she approves this petition and the accounting filed ;
herein and waves the 30-day period for objection to the
accountinq.
