GONSENT TO APPOINTMENT OF GI~IRDIAN
~ I, BARRY I. MAHEURON, the natural father and sole sur-
viving parent of DENISE GAY MAHEURON, a minor, her mother having
died on January 11, I977, in Indian River County, Flori~a, hereby
waive notice of the petition for appointment of her brother, DEAN
I. MAHEURON, as guardian of the person and property of said minor,
any proceedings surrounding said appointment and the conduct of
the guardianship thereafter, and hereby consent to the appoint-
ment of DEAN I. MAEiEURON as guardian of the person and property
of DENISE GAY MAHEURON, a minor.
