' PETITION FOR AMENDED ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION

! Petitioner, YVONNE DUNLEAVY, requests this Court to issue
+an Amended Order of Summary Administration herein, and alleges
that issuance thereof is required by reason of the following chan-
ges, errors, and omissionB in the Petition for Summary Administra-
tion filed herein and in the Schedule of Assets attached to the
~original Order of Summary Administration filed herein:

' 1. First Federal Savings and Loan Association of j
~ Fort Pierce savings account ~1-4180, in the amount of
~ $612.00, was not an asset of the decedent, Richard ~
; Dunleavy, but was in fact the property of, and held in ~
i the name of, the decedent's son, Rfchard P. Dunleavy,
? as is evidenced by letter from Robert W. Bluestone, Vice ~
( President, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce,~copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit ~

~ 2. Value of First National Bank and Trust Company
checkinq account #29-402-0 is 5300.48, the sum of $3.00
i having been deducted from said account by said bank for
service charge$.
3. Value of First National Bank and Trust Company
savings account #102105 is $572.50, said account having
- been increased by interest accrued since the date of
decedent's death.
~ 4. Due to a scrivener's error, the number of shares
~ of Joe Dandy Mining Company owned by decedent was erroneously ~
~ reflected as being 1300 shares, rather than the actual number
of such shares owned-by decedent, which was 13,000. i

~ WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests the Court to enter an Amended '
~ ~Order of Summary Administration, directing that the assets of
idecedent's estate be distributed in accordance with the attached '
~
~Amended Schedule of Assets.
