The undersigned petitioners allege: -
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate
as surviving spouse and lineal descendant of above named decedent.
Their names and addresses are as set forth ia paragraph 3 and the
name and address of their attorney are as set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, Gertrude P. Thompson, whose last known
address was 42 Spanish Way~ Port St. Lucie, Florida, died on
January 31, 1976 at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital and at the time of
death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known~ the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent and
ages are:
